Returns Policy

If something isn’t quite right or you’ve changed your mind, you can return unworn items to us within 28 days for a refund. This policy applies to online orders only24.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Outlet: No returns or exchanges.
  • Sample Sale: Items purchased during sample sales (e.g., 28th February–7th March) are non-returnable.

How to Return (UK Only)

  1. Initiate your return via our returns portal (requires order number from your delivery note or confirmation email).
  2. Select refund or exchange (size exchanges only).
  3. Choose a courier and attach the provided label or QR code. Include the delivery note in your parce.
  4. £2.99 deduction will apply for return postage. Keep your postage receipt for proof.

Refund Processing: Allow up to 14 days after we receive your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and images.
  • Return shipping for faulty items is free.

International Returns

Non-UK returns require prior approval. Customers cover return shipping costs.
