Returns Policy
If something isn’t quite right or you’ve changed your mind, you can return unworn items to us within 28 days for a refund. This policy applies to online orders only24.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Outlet: No returns or exchanges.
- Sample Sale: Items purchased during sample sales (e.g., 28th February–7th March) are non-returnable.
How to Return (UK Only)
- Initiate your return via our returns portal (requires order number from your delivery note or confirmation email).
- Select refund or exchange (size exchanges only).
- Choose a courier and attach the provided label or QR code. Include the delivery note in your parce.
- A £2.99 deduction will apply for return postage. Keep your postage receipt for proof.
Refund Processing: Allow up to 14 days after we receive your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and images.
- Return shipping for faulty items is free.
International Returns
Non-UK returns require prior approval. Customers cover return shipping costs.
